This is a newly built and well appointed holiday Villa located only 35 minutes driving distance from Dubrovnik downtown. Set only steps away from the sea and small beach in a peaceful seaside town Slano and offering private swimming pool, furnished terrace and remarkable view, this Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. It is  great choice for families or group of friends traveling together.  

Being located first-row to the sea with direct access to small pebble/rocky beach and covering an area of more than 1000 m2, this stunning property offers everything you'll need for an enjoyable holiday. Imagine yourself relaxing by the private swimming pool laying down in a comfortable sunbed  with your favorite book in hands and enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. 

This modern setting spreads on 3 floors connected via an external staircases. Each floor consists of one 2-bedroom apartment offering 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen with dining/living room and  balcony or terrace with sea view. Each bedroom and living room is equipped with flat screen TV offering satellite or cable channels. Entire property is fully air-conditioned.  Spacious ground floor apartment offers larger kitchen, living room and dining area for up to 10 guests. Pets are welcome so you can bring your dog with you ;)

Villa is located in Sladenovici, only 2 kilometres away from lively Mediterranean  seaside town Slano. Slano is set in one of the most beautiful bays on Dubrovnik Riviera where you can find relaxing pebbly beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants serving  local specialties.  Several family-owned restaurants offering traditional home made meals prepared with products from their own farms and gardens, can be found in nearby villages within 10-15 minutes’ drive. Hiring a car is necessary for this property as shops, restaurants and bus stop are not within walking distance, however this secluded location would certainly provide you peace, tranquility and privacy.

* Possibility to accommodate 2 extra guests on 2 single sofa beds  in larger bedrooms on the ground floor and 1st floor apartment. Use of a sofa bed costs 20 € per person per night

*Pets are welcome with an additional charge of 10€ per pet per day

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. 

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. 

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
