This beautifully appointed vacation Villa in Dubrovnik offers great place to stay for family or friends traveling together. Pool area with plenty of sunshine and surrounded with lush green vegetation offering privacy and peace is a great spot to relax while reading a book or just relaxing under the sun. Heated swimming pool is a great add, especially if you're visiting in Spring or Autumn and offers refreshment after a long day walking around Old Town and City Walls. Pets are welcome with an additional charge of 10€ per pet per day.

Smaller grocery store where you can easily pick your daily supplies is only 200 meters away from the property while larger supermarket can be found 500 meters down the street. Old Town Dubrovnik offering many lively cafes, restaurants and nightlife venues is approximately 10-15 minutes walking distance from the property.

*Pool temperature is set to 25C/77F and cannot be changed by guests. Pool heater will not function when air temperature is at or below 15C/59F.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. 

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. 

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
