The internal staircase leads up to the second level which consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one master bedroom, also with double bed and private en-suite bathroom. The second apartment consists of entrance hall, one bedroom with double bed, one master double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom and a balcony. The internal staircase leads up to the second level which consists of one full bathroom with a shower and an open space kitchen with living room and dining area.

In front of the apartment guests can enjoy their time in a lovely garden with sun loungers and a private hot tub, a perfect spot to spend a relaxing time after exploring the town.

Amenities include: Free parking,  hot tub, BBQ, balcony, AC (all rooms), Cable TV, Free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchens with oven, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area, approximately 20 minutes walking distance to the Old Town and all main attractions. The nearest grocery store is located within 5 minutes walking from the property while the nearest beach, Bellevue is approximately 15 minutes walking from the apartment. The bus stop is located on the main road, just 150 meters away. The apartment is best suited for a family or a group of friends looking for a comfortable place to stay within a walking distance to all important amenities.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.  

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.  

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
